How to Measure Your Foot
  1. Place a blank sheet of paper on a hard floor against a wall.
  2. Stand on the paper with your heel lightly touching the wall.
  3. Mark the longest part of your foot (usually the big toe) with a pen.
  4. Measure the distance from the edge of the paper (wall) to the mark in inches or centimeters.
  5. Repeat for the other foot and use the larger measurement.

I love these shoes. They seem durable and have good size toe box and are zero drop. They have a thicker sole which I appreciate for this shoe. I like to remove the insoles for a more roomier fit. I wish Lems made more shoes like this!

I recently made the transition to zero drop running shoes and wanted to find a casual everyday zero drop shoe I could wear everyday to work and these fit the bill nicely. No break in proud at all, and they are very comfortable right out of the box. The more I wear them the more comfortable they get. I was worried about foot fatigue wearing them all day, but I have none at all at the end of the day.
