How to Measure Your Foot
  1. Place a blank sheet of paper on a hard floor against a wall.
  2. Stand on the paper with your heel lightly touching the wall.
  3. Mark the longest part of your foot (usually the big toe) with a pen.
  4. Measure the distance from the edge of the paper (wall) to the mark in inches or centimeters.
  5. Repeat for the other foot and use the larger measurement.

I’ve enjoyed my Primal Zens and Chelsea boots for years. Just replaced the factory insoles with new Max Cork insoles. Everything I liked about the regular cork insoles plus a skoch more cushion. Great!
